Your documents are notarized accurately and professionally. Kim can even bring a scanner or FedEx label for immediate delivery (additional fee applies).

California state law sets the maximum notary fee at $15 per notarized signature. Kim charges exactly that, plus a modest travel and convenience fee that allows for your document to be signed in the comfort and privacy of your own home — no surprises, ever.
A mobile notary travels to your location to witness and authenticate document signings. Kim comes to your home, office, care facility, hotel, or any preferred location — no office visit required.
Same-day appointments are often available. Call or text (760) 800-8500 and Kim will confirm availability as soon as possible. She is available 7 days a week, including evenings.
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID) and the unsigned documents. Do not sign before the appointment — some signings must be witnessed by Kim. Documents should be completed in full, before Kim's arrival, except dating and signing.
Kim serves the entire Coachella Valley: Palm Desert, La Quinta, Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells, Indio, Cathedral City, Bermuda Dunes, Big Horn, Coachella, and Sun City Palm Desert.
Real estate loan packets, living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, affidavits, DMV forms, vehicle transfers, international documents requiring apostille, and much more.
An apostille authenticates documents for international use. Kim is an Apostille Facilitator and one of the very few notaries in the Coachella Valley with an official embosser — the raised stamp often required for international documents.
Notary Ally accepts Zelle, Venmo, check, and cash (does not carry change). Payment is collected at the time of the appointment.
Absolutely. Kim regularly visits hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and private residences. She handles sensitive situations with the utmost care, patience, and discretion.
No problem at all. Kim has an arrangement with a professional office conveniently located on Highway 111 near Cook Street in Palm Desert, where you can meet and two qualified witnesses will be provided for your Will signing. The office charges $25 for use of the conference room and $20 for both witnesses — a total of $45 passed directly to you at cost, with no markup from Notary Ally. Advance arrangements are required, so please let Kim know when you book your appointment and she will coordinate everything for a smooth, stress-free signing.
California Notary Public — Top 1% Nationwide
Since 2018, I've completed thousands of signings, earned multiple advanced certifications, and trained alongside the best notaries in the country. Here's what that looks like for you.
Advanced Certified • Top 1% NationwideAt every appointment
I carry everything your signing might need — so nothing holds us up and you can focus on what matters.
In California, blue ink is standard so originals stand out from copies. Pens are always ready — no hunting around required.
A simple tent card with today's date, front and center. You'd be surprised how often it saves the day — almost every client loves it.
A magazine or pad placed under documents means a clean, smooth signature every time — no more textured tables or slippery cloths causing problems.
For cleaning thumbprint ink off your fingers after notarizations that require a print. One small detail that makes a big difference.
Available on request. If documents need to be scanned and emailed — or copies printed — I have you covered, even away from a copier.
For signings in wheelchairs, hospital beds, rehab centers, or anywhere without a table. Everyone deserves a comfortable place to sign.
Made specifically for my county, name, and title. Every certificate comes out accurate, consistent, and legible — every time.
I carry blank notarial certificates of all types. If something needs to be replaced on the spot, I can do it — no delays, no do-overs.
California notary law requires certificates to be stapled to the signature page. I always have one — because this step isn't optional.
A metal guide that helps clients who are visually impaired sign in exactly the right place with confidence.
Pre-printed materials that explain the process step by step — so communication is never a barrier at any signing.
Thicker, easier-to-grip pens for clients with arthritis or limited hand strength. Signing should be comfortable for everyone.
Required for some international documents. I also use it when certifying copies of a Power of Attorney, so it's immediately clear it's official.
Signed documents go into a cardboard FedEx envelope first, then into a PolyPak — with the same label on both. Structure plus waterproofing. PolyPaks alone have been known to tear open in transit. Your paperwork is too important for that risk.
When documents arrive early
When loan documents arrive before your appointment, I put that time to work — so your signing runs smoothly from the first page to the last.
California law requires notarial certificates to match the legal language exactly — not "close enough," but word for word. Many documents from attorneys and lenders contain small errors, like a missing comma or an extra word. I've seen at least four cases where a county rejected a certificate over a single added word. I review and replace anything that isn't right — before we meet. (Certificates are never signed or stamped until the actual signing.)
Pages you don't need to sign are paper-clipped so we move right past them. This keeps the signing flowing at a relaxed, easy pace.
Critical documents like the Note or Deed have strict rules: nothing can be written in the margins. I set up physical guardrails so no signature or date drifts out of bounds — protecting your documents from rejection by a lender or county recorder.
Most people have the same questions at a signing. I present the documents that answer those questions first, then put everything back in the exact order escrow expects to receive them.
Will signings
Wills in California are generally not notarized — which means they fall outside my insurance coverage and I can't serve as a witness myself. But finding two qualified witnesses on your own can be a real challenge, and I don't want that to hold you up.
I've arranged access to a professional office that can provide two witnesses for your signing. I pass the fee directly to you — no markup whatsoever. The office has comfortable conference rooms, and everything is scheduled in advance so the day goes smoothly.
Currently $45 • Up to one hour • Advance scheduling requiredWhether it's a loan signing, a will, a Power of Attorney, or something else entirely — I'll show up ready for all of it.
